Is Sahha free?+
Yes, all patient-side services are free: doctor search, booking, prescription delivery, messaging. You only pay the doctor for the consultation itself (in clinic or by video), as in the classic system.
How are doctors selected?+
Our doctors are listed after verification: medical degree (Order), registration with the Moroccan medical Order, identity. Verified doctors display a ✓ badge. You can report any problematic profile via /retrait-fiche.
Is my medical data protected?+
Yes. Sahha complies with Law 09-08 (CNDP). Sensitive data (prescriptions, history) is encrypted. It is shared only with the doctors you authorise. Hosting is exclusively in Morocco. You can delete your account and all your data at any time.
Can I cancel or change an appointment?+
Yes, up to 24h before the appointment, from the app or via WhatsApp. Late cancellations or repeated no-shows may affect your ability to book with some premium doctors.
What should I do in an emergency?+
For a life-threatening emergency, call 141 (SAMU) or 15 (Fire Service) immediately. Sahha is not designed for emergencies. For non-life-threatening urgent care, see our /urgences page or use Sahha Live teleconsultation 24/7.
