These terms of use govern the use of the Sahha.ma platform, published by AivenNetwork, which provides a directory of healthcare professionals in Morocco, health information articles, interactive tools and teleconsultation services.

Access to sahha.ma is free for patients. Some services (teleconsultation, Sahha Consult vouchers, Pro subscriptions for doctors) may be paid. Such services are subject to specific terms.

To access certain features (booking, favourites, health record), the user must create an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.

Content published on Sahha (articles, guides, tools) is intended for information and education. It is reviewed by certified doctors but does not constitute personalised medical advice.

Such content does not in any way replace consultation with a qualified healthcare professional. In the event of symptoms, the user should consult a doctor or contact emergency services.

Sahha cannot be held liable for decisions taken by the user on the basis of the published information.

Booking via Sahha connects the patient with the healthcare professional. Sahha acts as a third-party facilitator.

The healthcare professional remains solely responsible for the care relationship, slot confirmation, billing and the practice of their profession.

In the event of cancellation or postponement, the user undertakes to inform the professional at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

All content published on Sahha (texts, images, illustrations, the Lalla Hayat mascot, logos, databases) is protected by copyright and belongs to Sahha or its partners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

Reviews posted by patients are moderated by Sahha. Defamatory, insulting, false reviews or those unrelated to an actual consultation experience may be removed.

Healthcare professionals have a right of reply on their profile.

Sahha undertakes to use its best efforts to keep the service accessible and up to date, without warranty of continuous availability.

Sahha is not liable for content produced by third parties (reviews, scraped profiles not yet claimed).

Sahha reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Users will be informed by email or through a notification on the website.

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of Casablanca.
