Medical quality charter
Our commitments on health content, transparency and editorial ethics.
Updated: 22 April 2026
Contents (8)
01.Systematic medical review
All health content published on Sahha (articles, guides, conditions, tools) is systematically reviewed by a medical specialist in the relevant field.
The reviewing doctor's name, specialty and experience are displayed at the top of every article.
Content is updated at least every 12 months to incorporate the latest recommendations.
02.Our team of medical reviewers
Sahha works with a panel of doctors who review all our health content before publication. Each medical reviewer has a dedicated page listing the articles they have reviewed.
View the full list: Our medical reviewers.
The editorial author (Sahha team) and the medical reviewer are distinct. The reviewer takes responsibility for the scientific accuracy of the content, and their name is recorded in the article's JSON-LD schema.
03.Primary sources
Our articles systematically cite primary medical sources:
- World Health Organization (WHO)
- Haute Autorité de Santé (HAS, France)
- Ministry of Health and Social Protection (Morocco)
- National Health Insurance Agency (ANAM)
- Peer-reviewed medical journals (BMJ, NEJM, The Lancet, etc.)
- Moroccan and international scientific societies
04.AI transparency
Some of our content is co-written with the assistance of artificial intelligence (Claude, GPT-4). In every case, a human doctor reviews and validates each piece of content before publication.
We display a 'Co-written with AI' label when the first draft was generated by AI before human review.
05.Editorial independence
Our editorial content is fully independent from advertisers and pharmaceutical companies. No commercial partner can modify or influence the content of a health article.
Sponsored content (branded articles) is clearly labelled 'Sponsored content' or 'In partnership with'.
06.Not personalised medical advice
Our content is for information only. It does not in any way replace consultation with a healthcare professional. A disclaimer appears on every article.
Our interactive tools (BMI, pregnancy, symptoms) provide general guidance but do not make diagnoses.
07.YMYL compliance (Your Money Your Life)
Health is a critical area (YMYL according to Google). We apply the strictest standards: E-E-A-T (Experience, Expertise, Authoritativeness, Trustworthiness).
Every article credits the author, the medical reviewer, the publication date and the last review date.
08.Reporting an error
If you spot a factual error, outdated or potentially harmful content, contact us: [email protected]
We correct errors within 48 business hours and acknowledge the correction transparently.
