General terms of sale

These terms govern the sale of paid services on Sahha.ma: Pro subscriptions (Premium, Gold), Sahha Consult vouchers, Sahha Corporate packs.

Prices are displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD) including tax. For MRE, an indicative euro display is available; billing remains in MAD.

The order is confirmed once payment is received. Accepted payment methods: CMI (Moroccan bank card), Orange Money, Inwi Money, bank transfer (for Pro and Corporate accounts).

For subscriptions, payment is recurring — monthly or annual, depending on the chosen option.

Pursuant to Moroccan legislation, a 7-day right of withdrawal applies to unused Sahha Consult vouchers.

For Pro subscriptions, cancellation is possible at any time at no cost, effective at the end of the current period.

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from issue. Non-refundable once used.

Transferable free of charge to a third party (this is the very principle of the health gift).

An electronic invoice is issued for each purchase and emailed to the buyer. Pro and Corporate accounts can download their invoices from their dashboard.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, only the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction.
