Very disappointing experience. The reception was poor, and the secretary was discourteous. Although I had called beforehand to explain that I had recently experienced a gallbladder attack and needed an urgent consultation, I felt my case was handled with little attention. The doctor did not take sufficient time to listen to my concerns or review the medical reports I had brought from my previous physician, and instead immediately referred me for another ultrasound. Given that I was seeking care after a second attack, exhausted from lack of sleep, and under significant stress about possible surgery, I expected a more attentive and compassionate consultation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
