Mr Sebastián LÓPEZ

In Casablanca and by video call, Sebastián López works with people who want to address a block, an emotional reaction or a persistent habit. A hypnotherapist and hypnosis teacher, he builds each session around the individual's request. Stress, intrusive thoughts, fears, smoking, eating behaviours, difficult relationships, separation, grief and mental preparation are among the topics covered. His experience in this kind of support goes back to 1998. He draws on humanistic, Ericksonian and classical hypnosis, advanced symbolic therapy and NLP depending on the goal and the person. The 60-minute sessions are held in French or Spanish, at 11 boulevard Aïn Taoujtate or remotely; the two formats can be alternated. An initial 15-minute phone conversation is free and separate from a hypnosis session. One session costs 1,000 MAD, three sessions 2,850 MAD and five sessions 4,500 MAD. The number of appointments is discussed together, with no promise of results. His teaching takes place at the Institut International d'Hypnose, an activity distinct from the Sebastián López Hypnose consultations. His website lists his teaching certifications in humanistic hypnosis and advanced symbolic therapy, his master practitioner certification in Ericksonian hypnosis and NLP and his practitioner certification in classical hypnosis, as well as a French state diploma in sport and training with Bandler and HMI. Training programmes, dates and prices are available on direct request. He does not practise sophrology and is not a doctor; this support does not replace necessary care.
