What tests can a lab perform?
Full blood count, serology, hormone testing, tumor markers, PCR, parasitology, bacteriology. Some perform home sample collection.
Do I need to fast before a blood test?
Yes for the glucose panel (glycemia, cholesterol, triglycerides). No for serology, thyroid hormones or full blood count. Ask your doctor.
What is the average price of a blood test in Morocco?
Expect 80–150 MAD for a standard panel (CBC + glucose + creatinine), 200–500 MAD for a full panel (lipid, liver, hormonal). CNSS/CNOPS partially reimburse.
