About
My journey has been shaped by the meeting of two worlds that are often seen as opposites: the rigor of rational thought and the depth of inner life. From the logic of engineering to the exploration of the unconscious, I gradually discovered that an authentic life is built at the intersection of reason and soul. It is within this dialogue between the conscious mind and the depths of the psyche that my practice finds its foundation. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Toulouse Jean Jaurès, with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from a psychoanalytic perspective and Gerontological Psychology. I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology at the University of Rouen. I am also a certified psychoanalyst and have undergone many years of in-depth personal analysis myself—an essential experience that I consider fundamental to any meaningful psychoanalytic practice. This combination of academic training, psychoanalytic formation, and personal inner work forms the basis of a practice grounded in ethics, professional integrity, and lived experience. I have chosen not to affiliate with any psychoanalytic association, sharing Carl Gustav Jung’s conviction that psychoanalysis should never become a dogma. As Jung famously wrote: "Learn your theories as well as you can, but put them aside when you touch the miracle of the living soul." This principle continues to guide my work. Human experience is always richer, more complex, and more alive than any theoretical framework. In the spirit of The Red Book, Jung also reminds us that true transformation comes not from doing less, but from venturing further into the exploration of oneself and the search for meaning. This is the path I offer to those who wish to engage in a genuine inner journey. Drawing on both my academic and professional expertise, as well as fifteen years of experience in the professional world, I accompany individuals facing psychological suffering, life transitions, existential crises, questions of identity, or a deep desire for self-understanding. My approach is integrative, combining the rigor of rational inquiry with the exploration of the unconscious dimensions of the psyche. Rooted in Jungian psychoanalysis and existential psychology, it adapts to the unique history, needs, and life circumstances of each individual. Practicing in Morocco, I am particularly attentive to the cultural, spiritual, and religious dimensions that shape personal identity. When meaningful for the individual, psychoanalytic work can enter into a respectful dialogue with Islamic spiritual traditions and values, allowing psychological exploration and spiritual understanding to enrich one another rather than stand in opposition. I view psychoanalysis as a process of individuation—a journey toward one's deepest and most authentic self. It is a path that invites us to move beyond conditioning, old wounds, and social masks in order to encounter the living core of who we truly are. My role is not to provide ready-made answers, but to accompany you in discovering the wisdom, freedom, and authenticity that seek expression from within. I offer psychoanalytic consultations in Rabat as well as online sessions accessible throughout Morocco and for Moroccans living abroad. These consultations are open to anyone who wishes to undertake a serious and transformative inner journey, wherever they may be. Because, ultimately, the fundamental question at the heart of every psychoanalytic journey remains: Who are you, truly?
