Is video consultation reimbursed?

Yes — since 2020, telemedicine consultations are reimbursed under the same conditions as in-person ones. CNSS, CNOPS, AMO and AMO Tadamon all accept reimbursement. Just submit the invoice (sent automatically by email).

Can I get a prescription via video?

Yes — the doctor signs a secure digital prescription (approved by Moroccan Ministry of Health, 2021). Valid in all Moroccan pharmacies. Sent by SMS and email minutes after the consultation.

What conditions can be treated by video?

Mild to moderate cases: cold, flu, allergies, drug follow-up, medical question, prescription renewal. Severe cases (acute pain, bleeding, high fever in children) require immediate in-person consultation.
