Who is covered by the CNOPS?+

Civil and military servants, agents of local authorities and public bodies, plus their spouses and dependent children.

CNOPS vs mutuelle: what's the difference?+

CNOPS is the compulsory base scheme (80% of TNR). Each sectoral mutuelle (MGEN, OMFAM…) tops the reimbursement up to 95–100%. The two are linked.

How do I file a claim?+

File at a CNOPS branch or online via cnops.org.ma. Processing time: 15–45 days. Keep all supporting documents for 5 years.

Direct billing in hospitals?+

The CNOPS uses direct billing in public hospitals and CHUs. For approved private clinics, request prior approval.

ALD 100%: how to qualify?+

File a long-term condition application for the 38 chronic illnesses listed by ANAM. Validation by the medical adviser within 30 days.
