L’alprazolam est indiqué dans: - Les névroses d'angoisse, y compris troubles psychosomatiques. - États d'anxiété avec dépression, mais pas comme traitement de premier choix. - Symptômes d'angoisse associés à des maladies fonctionnelles ou organiques. - Troubles paniques chroniques graves avec ou sans conduite phobique d'évitement, blocage ou diminution des attaques de panique chez les patients souffrant d'une agoraphobie associée à des accès de panique (d'après DSM-III-R, American Psychiatric Association). L’alprazolam retard: - Névroses d'angoisse, y compris troubles psychosomatiques. - Troubles paniques chroniques graves avec ou sans conduite phobique d'évitement, blocage ou diminution des attaques de panique chez les patients souffrant d'une agoraphobie associée à des accès de panique (d'après DSM-III-R, American Psychiatric Association).
