Indication pour une durée limitée Traitement adjuvant du cancer du poumon non à petites cellules réséqué Alecensa est indiqué en monothérapie dans le traitement adjuvant de patients adultes atteints de cancer du poumon non à petites cellules (CPNPC) ALK positif (kinase du lymphome anaplasique), du stade IB (tumeur ≥4 cm) au stade IIIA (Système de classification UICC, AJCC 7e édition) après résection totale de la tumeur (voir «Efficacité clinique»). En raison de données cliniques incomplètes au moment de l'examen de la demande, cette indication/ces indications est/sont autorisée/s pour une durée limitée (art. 9a LPTh). L'autorisation à durée limitée est impérativement liée à la satisfaction de charges en temps opportun. Une fois ces charges satisfaites, l'autorisation à durée limitée pourra être transformée en autorisation ordinaire. Indication bénéficiant d'une autorisation ordinaire Traitement du CPNPC localement avancé ou métastatique Alecensa est indiqué pour le traitement de patients atteints d'un CPNPC ALK positif, localement avancé ou métastatique.
