Indications
Traitement adjuvant des femmes ménopausées avec cancer du sein invasif précoce, qui présentent des récepteurs positifs aux estrogènes ou la progestérone ou dont l'état des récepteurs est inconnu, après au minimum 2 ans de traitement initial adjuvant par le tamoxifène. Traitement du carcinome mammaire avancé chez la femme ménopausée naturellement ou artificiellement après progression sous traitement par des antiestrogènes. Aromasin est également indiqué à titre de traitement hormonal de troisième choix dans le carcinome mammaire avancé chez la femme ménopausée naturellement ou artificiellement après progression sous traitement par antiestrogènes, inhibiteurs de l'aromatase non stéroïdiens ou progestatifs.
