L’association IMIPENEME-CILASTATINE peut être utilisée chez les patients neutropéniques présentant une fièvre dont l'origine bactérienne est suspectée. Traitement des patients présentant une bactériémie associée ou suspectée d'être associée à l'une des infections citées ci-dessus. Il convient de tenir compte des recommandations officielles relatives à l’utilisation appropriée des agents antibactériens.
