Indications

Myélome multiple En association avec le melphalan et la prednisone chez les patients atteints de myélome multiple non traités jusque-là. En association avec une chimiothérapie standard et une transplantation de cellules souches chez les patients adultes atteints de myélome multiple. Traitement des patients atteints de myélome multiple récidivant/réfractaire ayant reçu au moins un traitement antérieur. Lymphome à cellules du manteau En association avec le rituximab, le cyclophosphamide, la doxorubicine et la prednisone, pour le traitement de patients adultes atteints d'un lymphome à cellules du manteau non traité précédemment, pour lesquels une transplantation de cellules souches hématopoïétiques est inadaptée. Traitement des patients atteints de lymphome à cellules du manteau récidivant/réfractaire de stade III ou IV ayant reçu au moins un traitement antérieur, et chez lesquels une translocation t (11;14) (q13;q32) ou une surexpression de la cycline D1 a été mise en évidence avant le début du traitement par bortézomib. Ce médicament est destiné uniquement aux patients chez lesquels une transplantation de cellules souches ne peut pas être réalisée.
