Indications

Le salbutamol est un agoniste sélectif des récepteurs bêta-2 adrénergiques indiqué dans le traitement ou la prévention du bronchospasme. Il confère une bronchodilatation de courte durée et d’action rapide en cas d’obstruction réversible des voies aériennes due à l’asthme, à la bronchite chronique et à l’emphysème. Les bronchodilatateurs ne doivent pas constituer le traitement principal ou unique chez les patients présentant un asthme persistant. Chez les patients présentant un asthme persistant ne répondant pas au salbutamol, Sirop, une corticothérapie inhalée est recommandée pour obtenir et maintenir le contrôle de l’asthme. L’absence de réponse au salbutamol, Sirop peut necessiter une consultation médicale ou un traitement en urgence. Le salbutamol est indiqué dans le soulagement du bronchospasme dans l’asthme bronchique, la bronchite chronique et l’emphysème. Le salbutamol sirop est indiqué dans le traitement oral chez les enfants ou chez les adultes qui préfèrent les médicaments liquides.
