Traitement combiné en cas de cancer testiculaire métastatique, de carcinome de l'ovaire métastatique, de carcinome épidermoïde de la sphère ORL après résection et/ou radiothérapie, d'ostéosarcome et de cancer du poumon à petites cellules ou non en complément de la chirurgie ou de la radiothérapie. Monothérapie du cancer de l'ovaire lors d'une récidive après un traitement antérieur non basé sur le cisplatine. Monothérapie ou traitement combiné du cancer de la vessie lorsqu'un traitement local n'entre plus en ligne de compte. Un traitement palliatif avec le cisplatine est indiqué en monothérapie ou en traitement combiné pour le cancer du col utérin, le cancer de la prostate, le cancer de l'œsophage, les lymphomes, les sarcomes et le mélanome malin lorsque d'autres traitements n'entrent pas en ligne de compte.
