Il est indiqué généralement dans certaines maladies de la peau peu étendues (surface limitée) : · En plaques et ne répondant à d'autres traitements : o psoriasis (plaques épaisses, rouges et inflammatoires, souvent recouvertes de squames brillantes), o lupus érythémateux discoïde (plaques associant rougeur, vaisseaux superficiels visibles et squames épaisses), o lichen (plaques rouges ou violacées provoquant des démangeaisons). · Cicatrices hypertrophiques (en relief) · Lésions non infectées, peu étendues ne répondant pas à un corticoïde d'activité moins forte et limitées en surface.
