Arythmies ventriculaires Tachycardies ventriculaires symptomatiques, invalidantes et menaçant le pronostic vital ; Extrasystoles résistant aux autres antiarythmiques. Solution injectable Une injection de Flécaïnide est indiquée lorsqu'un contrôle rapide ou une prophylaxie à court terme des arythmies suivantes sont primordiaux du point de vue clinique : Arythmies supraventriculaires Poussées aiguës de fibrillation auriculaire paroxystique.
