Traitement de la leucémie lymphoïde chronique (LLC) à cellules B. Le traitement en première ligne au Fludarabin Accord ne doit être entrepris que chez les patients dont la maladie est évoluée, c'est-à-dire au stade B ou C de Binet, et s'accompagne de symptômes ou de signes de progression de la maladie. Traitement du lymphome non-hodgkinien de faible degré de malignité au stade 3 à 4 chez les patients qui n'ont pas répondu à un traitement standard comportant au moins un agent alcoylant ou chez lesquels la maladie a progressé pendant ou après le traitement standard.
