Eucreas est indiqué dans le traitement du diabète de type 2: - Eucreas est indiqué dans le traitement des patients adultes dont le contrôle glycémique est insuffisant à leur dose maximale tolérée de metformine en monothérapie orale, ou chez les patients déjà traités par l’association de vildagliptine et de metformine sous forme de comprimés séparés. - Eucreas est indiqué en association avec un sulfamide hypoglycémiant (i.e. trithérapie) comme adjuvant à un régime alimentaire et à l’exercice physique chez les patients adultes insuffisamment contrôlés avec la metformine et un sulfamide hypoglycémiant. - Eucreas est indiqué en trithérapie avec de l’insuline comme adjuvant à un régime alimentaire et à l’exercice physique pour améliorer le contrôle glycémique chez les patients adultes lorsque l’insuline à dose stable et la metformine seule ne permettent pas un contrôle glycémique suffisant.
