Indications

Leucémie lymphoïde chronique Gazyvaro est indiqué en association avec le chlorambucil pour le traitement des patients atteints de leucémie lymphoïde chronique (LLC) non précédemment traitée et de comorbidités coexistantes. Lymphome folliculaire Gazyvaro, en association avec une chimiothérapie suivie d'un traitement ultérieur d'entretien (d'une durée maximale de 2 ans), est indiqué, pour le traitement des patients atteints d'un lymphome folliculaire (LF) non précédemment traité qui nécessitent un traitement systémique. Pour l'indication thérapeutique, voir «Efficacité clinique» et pour la durée du traitement d'induction et du traitement d'entretien, voir «Posologie/Mode d'emploi». Gazyvaro est indiqué en association avec la bendamustine, suivi d'un traitement d'entretien par Gazyvaro (au maximum pendant 2 ans), pour le traitement des patients atteints de lymphome folliculaire (LF) n'ayant pas présenté de réponse pendant ou après un traitement par le rituximab ou un schéma thérapeutique contenant du rituximab, ou ayant présenté une progression pendant ou après un tel traitement.
