Indications

La gemcitabine est indiquée: dans le traitement palliatif des patients atteints d'un carcinome pulmonaire non à petites cellules, avancé ou métastatique, dans le traitement des patients atteints d'un adénocarcinome du pancréas localement avancé (stade II ou III) ou métastatique, y compris les patients prétraités au 5-FU, en association avec le cisplatine dans le traitement des patients atteints d'un cancer de la vessie inopérable, localement avancé ou métastatique, en association avec le carboplatine dans le traitement des patientes atteintes d'un cancer ovarien récidivant après un traitement au platine remontant à 6 mois au moins, en association avec le paclitaxel dans le traitement des patientes atteintes d'un cancer mammaire inopérable, localement récidivant ou métastatique, en rechute après une chimiothérapie adjuvante/néoadjuvante. La chimiothérapie antérieure doit avoir comporté une anthracycline, pour autant qu'elle n'ait pas été cliniquement contre-indiquée.
