HEMOFAST

The public retail price of HEMOFAST in Morocco is 13,50 dirhams. This price is regulated by the Ministry of Health and identical across all pharmacies. Present your health insurance card to claim the applicable reimbursement (CNSS, CNOPS, AMO).

Reimbursement of HEMOFAST depends on its inclusion in the Mandatory Health Insurance (AMO) reimbursable drugs list. For CNSS, CNOPS or AMO Tadamon insured patients, present your prescription and insurance card to the pharmacist to benefit from third-party payment.

The dispensing of HEMOFAST is regulated by Moroccan pharmaceutical legislation. Depending on its classification, the drug may be available without a prescription or only on medical prescription. Your pharmacist will guide you according to the list this product belongs to.

In Morocco, generic drugs contain the same active substance (Chlorhydrate de cinchocaïne | Hydrocortisone | Acétate d’hydrocortisone | Esculoside | Benzocaine) as the branded drug but are sold at a lower price (generally 30-50% cheaper). Ask your doctor or pharmacist — generic substitution is regulated by the Ministry of Health.
