Indications

Irinotecan, en association avec le 5-fluorouracile (FU)/l'acide folinique (AF) ou en association avec le bévacizumab et le 5-FU/AF, est indiqué pour le traitement de première intention de patients présentant un carcinome colique ou rectal métastatique. L’Irinotecan en monothérapie est indiqué pour le traitement du cancer colorectal avancé après échec d'un traitement antérieur par le 5-FU (traitement de 2e ligne). En association avec le cétuximab, Irinotecan est indiqué pour le traitement des patients atteints de cancer colorectal métastatique exprimant l'EGFR (epidermal growth factor receptor) après échec d'un traitement cytotoxique incluant Irinotecan.
