Indications

Lymphomes non hodgkiniens Traitement de patients non prétraités atteints de lymphome non hodgkinien folliculaire CD20-positif (stades III-IV) et présentant une charge tumorale élevée, en association avec un protocole CVP ou CHOP. En cas de réponse au traitement, un traitement d'entretien par le rituximab en monothérapie peut être administré pendant 2 ans. Traitement d'entretien de patients atteints de lymphome non hodgkinien folliculaire CD20-positif, récidivant ou réfractaire (stades III-IV), ayant répondu à un traitement d'induction par un protocole CHOP avec ou sans rituximab. Traitement de patients atteints de lymphome non hodgkinien diffus à grandes cellules B (DLBCL), CD20-positif, en association avec un protocole CHOP standard (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicine, vincristine et prednisone sur 8 cycles). Leucémie lymphatique chronique MabThera sous-cutané est indiqué pour le traitement de patients atteints de leucémie lymphatique chronique (LLC) non prétraitée, récidivante ou réfractaire, en association avec un protocole FC.
