C'est un antiviral indiqué dans le traitement de la maladie à coronavirus 2019 (Covid-19) légère à modérée chez les adultes avec un test de diagnostic Sars-CoV-2 positif et qui présentent au moins un facteur de risque de développer une forme grave. Le Molnupiravir doit être administré dès qu'un diagnostic de Covid-19 a été posé et dans les 5 jours suivant l'apparition des symptômes. MOVFOR 200 MG fait partie du Protocole national thérapeutique Covid-19 ( Réf. Manuel de procédure de veille et de riposte / Édition Janvier 2022).
