Adulte : Traitement symptomatique du reflux gastro-oesophagien associé ou non à une oesophagite, en cas de résistance ou d'inadaptation des traitements de 1ère intention (conseils hygiénodiététiques, anti-acides, alginates). Traitement d'entretien des oesophagites par reflux. Traitement d'entretien des ulcères duodénaux chez les patients non infectés par Helicobacter pylori ou chez qui l'éradication n'a pas été possible. Enfant à partir d'un an : Oesophagite érosive ou ulcérative symptomatique par reflux gastro-oesophagien.
