Cancer du sein métastatique Phesgo est indiqué en association avec le docétaxel dans le traitement de patients souffrant d'un cancer du sein HER2 positif, métastatique ou localement récurrent, non résécable, et qui n'ont pas été préalablement traités par chimiothérapie pour leur maladie métastatique. Cancer du sein au stade précoce Phesgo est indiqué en association avec le docétaxel dans le traitement néoadjuvant de patients souffrant d'un cancer du sein HER2 positif, localement avancé, inflammatoire, ou d'un cancer du sein au stade précoce avec risque élevé de récidive (taille de la tumeur > 2 cm de diamètre ou avec atteinte des ganglions lymphatiques) dans le cadre d'un plan thérapeutique pour cancer du sein au stade précoce. Phesgo est indiqué en association avec la chimiothérapie dans le traitement adjuvant de patients souffrant d'un cancer du sein HER2 positif au stade précoce avec risque élevé de récidive (voir la rubrique «Propriétés/Effets», paragraphe «Efficacité clinique»).
