- Œsophagite de reflux symptomatique, érosive ou ulcérative (GORD). - Traitement à long terme et prophylaxie des récidives chez les patients atteints d'œsophagite de reflux. - Traitement symptomatique du reflux gastro-œsophagien (pyrosis, éructation acide) sans œsophagite de reflux érosive ou ulcérative. Traitement de l'ulcère gastrique et de l'ulcère duodénal florides. En association à des antibiotiques appropriés (voir «Posologie/Mode d'emploi»). Éradication d'H. pylori chez les patients atteints d'ulcère duodénal ou gastrique ou de gastrite chronique associés à H. pylori. - Guérison et prévention des récidives d'ulcère duodénal ou gastrique associé à H. pylori.
