STAMARIL est indiqué pour l’immunisation active contre la fièvre jaune des personnes : · voyageant, traversant ou résidant dans une zone où il y a un risque persistant ou périodique de transmission de la fièvre jaune, · voyageant dans tout pays qui nécessite, à l’entrée, un Certificat International de Vaccination (qui peut ou non dépendre de l’itinéraire précédent), · manipulant du matériel potentiellement infecté (ex : personnel de laboratoire). Consulter les mises à jour régulières quant aux obligations et recommandations de vaccination fièvre jaune sur le site dédié de l’Organisation Mondiale de la Santé (OMS) ou sur les sites officiels des autorités de santé locales. Afin d'être en conformité avec la réglementation sur les vaccins et pour être officiellement reconnus, les vaccins de la fièvre jaune doivent être administrés par un professionnel de santé qualifié et formé dans un centre de vaccination approuvé par l’OMS et enregistrés sur un Certificat International de Vaccination. La durée de validité de ce Certificat est établie selon les recommandations du Règlement Sanitaire International (RSI) et débute 10 jours après la primovaccination et immédiatement après la revaccination.
