Psoriasis en plaques STELARA est indiqué pour le traitement de patients adultes et d'adolescents à partir de 12 ans atteints de psoriasis en plaques modéré à sévère, sur lesquels d'autres thérapies systémiques ou la PUVAthérapie, n'ont pas fonctionné, sont contre-indiquées ou n'ont pas été tolérées. Rhumatisme psoriasique STELARA, seul ou en association avec le méthotrexate (MTX), est indiqué dans le traitement du rhumatisme psoriasique actif chez l'adulte lorsque la réponse à un précédent traitement de fond antirhumatismal (DMARD) a été inadéquate. STELARA améliore la fonction physique des patients atteints de rhumatisme psoriasique. Maladie de Crohn STELARA est indiqué dans le traitement de la maladie de Crohn modérée à sévère active chez l'adulte, lorsque les thérapies conventionnelles ou le traitement par un anti-TNFα ont induit une réponse insuffisante ou lorsque le patient ne répond plus à ces derniers, qu'ils sont contre-indiqués ou qu'il ne les a pas tolérés.
