Stivarga est indiqué pour le traitement de patients souffrant d'un cancer colorectal (CCR) métastatique qui ont déjà reçu une chimiothérapie à base de fluoropyrimidines, d'oxaliplatine et d'irinotécan, un traitement anti-VEGF et – chez les patients porteurs d'un gène RAS de type sauvage – un traitement anti-EGFR. Stivarga est indiqué pour le traitement de patients atteints de tumeurs stromales gastro-intestinales (GIST) avec métastases ou inopérables, traités auparavant par deux inhibiteurs de tyrosine-kinase (imatinib et sunitinib). Stivarga est indiqué pour le traitement de patients souffrant d'un carcinome hépatocellulaire (CHC) traités auparavant par le sorafénib.
