Le Témozolomide est indiqué pour le traitement: - des patients adultes atteints d’un glioblastome multiforme nouvellement diagnostiqué en association avec la radiothérapie (RT) puis en traitement en monothérapie. - des enfants à partir de 3 ans, des adolescents et des patients adultes atteints d’un gliome malin, tel que glioblastome multiforme ou astrocytome anaplasique, présentant une récidive ou une progression après un traitement standard.
