Indications

- Hypothyroïdie congénitale chez les nouveau-nés et les nourrissons à la posologie de : 10 à 15 µg/kg/jour en une seule prise durant les 03 premiers mois. - Hypothyroïdie acquise chez l'enfant : 12,5 à 50 µg par jour. La dose doit être augmentée progressivement toutes les 2 à 4 semaines en fonction des résultats cliniques et biologiques (hormones thyroïdiennes et TSH), jusqu’à ce que la dose de substitution complète soit atteinte. - Hypothyroïdie chez l'adulte : 1,7 µg/kg/jour en une seule prise le matin à jeun, soit 100 à 150 µg en moyenne/jour. Possibilité de débuter la posologie à raison de 25 µg et l’augmenter par palier de 25 µg à intervalle d'une semaine environ, en fonction des résultats cliniques et biologiques (hormones thyroïdiennes et TSH)
