Indications

En monothérapie chez l’adulte, l’adolescent et l’enfant de plus de 6 ans dans l’épilepsie partielle avec ou sans généralisation secondaire ou dans les crises tonico-cloniques généralisées. En association aux autres antiépileptiques chez l'enfant à partir de 2 ans, l'adolescent et l'adulte dans l'épilepsie partielle avec ou sans généralisation secondaire ou dans les crises tonico-cloniques généralisées, ainsi que dans le traitement des crises associées au syndrome de Lennox-Gastaut. Le topiramate est indiqué chez l'adulte dans le traitement prophylactique de la migraine après une évaluation minutieuse des alternatives thérapeutiques possibles. Le topiramate n'est pas indiqué dans le traitement de la crise.
