Formes inflammatoires et dégénératives du rhumatisme: polyarthrite chronique, arthrite chronique juvénile, spondylarthrite ankylosante et arthroses (notamment spondylarthrose). Syndromes vertébraux douloureux. Rhumatisme extra-articulaire. États inflammatoires et œdémateux douloureux post-traumatiques et postopératoires, p.ex. chirurgie dentaire/stomatologique ou orthopédique. États douloureux et/ou inflammatoires en gynécologie, p.ex. dysménorrhée primaire ou annexite. Crises de migraine (suppositoires). Crises de goutte aiguës (dragées gastro-résistantes, suppositoires, solution buvable en gouttes). Comme adjuvant dans les infections inflammatoires douloureuses aiguës de la gorge, du nez ou de l'oreille, p.ex. pharyngoamygdalite, otite (dragées gastro-résistantes, suppositoires, solution buvable en gouttes).
