Indications
Prévention des évènements thromboemboliques veineux (ETEV) chez les patients adultes ayant bénéficié d’une chirurgie programmée pour prothèse totale de hanche ou de genou. Prévention de l’accident vasculaire cérébral (AVC) et de l’embolie systémique chez les patients adultes atteints de fibrillation atriale non valvulaire (FANV) et présentant un ou plusieurs facteur(s) de risque tels que : antécédent d’AVC ou d’accident ischémique transitoire (AIT) ; âge ≥ 75 ans ; hypertension artérielle ; diabète ; insuffisance cardiaque symptomatique (classe NYHA ≥ II). Traitement de la thrombose veineuse profonde (TVP) et de l’embolie pulmonaire (EP), et prévention de la récidive de TVP et d’EP chez l’adulte (voir rubrique 4.4. pour les patients ayant une EP hémodynamiquement instable).
