Indications

Zytiga est indiqué en association avec les agonistes de la LH-RH et la prednisone ou la prednisolone pour le traitement du cancer métastatique avancé de la prostate en progression chez des patients déjà traités par docétaxel. Pour le traitement en association avec des agonistes de la LH-RH et avec de la prednisone ou de la prednisolone pour le traitement du carcinome métastatique de la prostate résistant à la castration (mCRPC), sans métastases viscérales et sans métastases hépatiques, chez des patients asymptomatiques ou ne présentant que des symptômes légers, après échec d'un traitement par suppression androgénique et chez lesquels une chimiothérapie n'est pas indiquée cliniquement. Pour le traitement en association avec de la prednisone ou de la prednisolone et un traitement par suppression androgénique (ADT) chez des patients présentant un carcinome métastatique de la prostate hormonosensible à haut risque nouvellement diagnostiqué (mHSPC) (voir «Efficacité clinique»).
