How much does a teleconsultation cost on Sahha?
Each practitioner sets their own fee. Among the doctors who have listed it on Sahha, it ranges from 100 to 800 MAD.
Is teleconsultation reimbursed?
It depends on your health insurer (CNSS, CNOPS, mutual insurance…) and its rules for care provided remotely. Check with them before the consultation.
Can I get a prescription by video?
Yes, if the doctor considers it necessary. They can email you the prescription at the end of the consultation; it also appears in your Sahha account, under Prescriptions.
Which situations suit teleconsultation?
Non-serious situations: cold, flu, allergy, treatment follow-up, a medical question, prescription renewal. Serious situations (severe pain, bleeding, high fever in a child) need immediate in-person care.
What do I need for a teleconsultation?
A smartphone or computer with a camera and microphone, an internet connection (4G or Wi-Fi) and a Sahha account. The video opens in your browser, with no app to install.

Medical telehealth in Morocco is governed by Decree No. 2-18-378 of 25 July 2018 on telemedicine, as amended by Decree No. 2-20-675 of 22 January 2021. It is recognised as a full medical act, must be performed by a doctor registered with the National Order of Physicians, with explicit patient consent and guaranteed professional secrecy. Whether your health insurance covers it depends on your insurer (AMO, CNSS, CNOPS, mutual insurance): check with them before the consultation.
