Post-infarctus du myocarde récent Traitement des patients adultes cliniquement stables présentant une insuffisance cardiaque symptomatique ou une dysfonction systolique ventriculaire gauche asymptomatique post-infarctus du myocarde récent (entre 12 heures et 10 jours). Insuffisance cardiaque Traitement des patients adultes présentant une insuffisance cardiaque symptomatique en cas d’intolérance aux inhibiteurs de l’enzyme de conversion (IEC), en cas d’intolérance aux bêtabloquants, comme traitement additionnel à un IEC quand les antagonistes de l’aldostérone ne peuvent pas être utilisés.
