Insuffisance cardiaque Traitement des patients adultes présentant une insuffisance cardiaque symptomatique en cas d’intolérance aux inhibiteurs de l’enzyme de conversion (IEC), en cas d’intolérance aux bêtabloquants, comme traitement additionnel à un IEC quand les antagonistes de l’aldostérone ne peuvent pas être utilisés.
