سوء المعاملة في الاستقبال

كل الاحترام والتقدير للدكتور عمراني يوسف. لكن للأسف، موظفات الاستقبال لا يحترمن المرضى، وأبي تعرّض لسوء المعاملة عند زيارته للعيادة. الاحترام واجب مع الجميع، كبيرًا كان أو صغيرًا. نتمنى من الإدارة إعادة النظر في طريقة تعاملهن مع المرضى، لأن الاستقبال مرآة العيادة.
